A 10 minute theory followed by a 10 minute exercise every day....I'm not pretending that I was the best pupil, there were days that I allowed life to get in the way, but only occasionally because the consistency of the practice, the knowledge that I was seeing tangible changes in my posture, my stress levels and my overall calmness, could not be ignored.
